Q: Do you ship to the EU?

A: Yes, we can, but we can’t guarantee what taxes or fees you may be asked to pay the postman when your parcel arrives. It all seems a bit random from what we hear.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover and PayPal.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We aim to send out your order within 1 working day of being placed. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and should be with you within 3 - 7 business days.

Q: Do you offer a discount for students?

A: Nope

Q: How do pre-orders work?

A: Pre-orders work by allowing customers to purchase an item before it's official release, typically products that are exclusive and will be in high demand. When you pre-order and item, you will be charged and given a time frame for when your order will be shipped i.e. within 2 weeks.
